How the magnetic treatment system works
A magnetic bracelet mounts outside suitable pipe. We assess two applications: fine iron capture in water loops and scale management in cooling towers. The bracelet adds no chemicals and needs no power.
01 / The device
What goes on the pipe

- No bracelet power
- The magnetic bracelet operates without electricity
- Adds no chemicals
- Works with the approved water treatment program
- Clamp-on install
- Can go onto suitable existing pipe while the system runs
- Keep filter service
- The bracelet has no moving parts; filters and pumps still need maintenance
02 / Iron fouling
How iron reaches the filter
We review pipe material, space, flow, pressure and filter location before installation. We scope any pump, filter or pipe changes with your team.
Field concentration
Our patented Halbach array focuses a high-strength magnetic field inside the pipe as water passes through.Particles gather
The magnetic field helps fine iron oxide gather into larger particles that downstream filters can capture.Filter capture
Downstream filters collect the larger particles. Filter service removes the collected material from the system.
03 / Evidence for each application
Iron capture and scale management
Iron capture and mineral scale need different measurements. An iron trial tracks filtration and iron levels. A cooling tower trial tracks deposit behavior and cleaning needs. We review water chemistry and operating conditions before either trial.
- Iron capture
The LAX field report describes iron-rich material gathering near the bracelets and collection in downstream filters.

A nine-day pilot reported softer, more easily removed deposits on the treated tube. Full-scale outcomes need site testing.
